About The Event

It takes 30 days to create a new a habit so there couldn’t be a better time than exactly one month before the a new year to start to nurture some empowering habits for the way of you think about and perceive yourself, your life and the world. 

Unless we spend some time paying attention and noticing what’s going on in our minds and actually start to challenge our perceptions and beliefs, it will often be running a program that is fear based and scarcity driven, which therefore subconsciously blocks us from all that we desire to create for ourselves.

Please join me for a jam-packed 2 hour workshop where I will teaching about and guiding you through some very powerful tools to detox your mindset from any fear-based thinking so that you can launch into 2020 with confidence and clarity.

• A guided meditation to balance and cleanse your energy and get you into a state of alignment and receptivity for the day

• A workbook that includes:

• Goal setting prompts for your inner and outer worlds.

• How to identify + clear the fears/limiting beliefs that are blocking you from taking action or creating change in your life.

• A 30 day action plan to implement new habits that will nurture an abundant mindset so that you can launch into the new year filled with clarity on your goals, confidence in your self-worth and self-belief and the motivation to take inspired action.
