If you are finding yourself feeling lost, stuck, anxious, overwhelmed or fearful about any part of your life, I am here to empower you to get back in the driver's seat of your life.

To be able to create change in your life, it is imperative that you understand the importance of a regulated nervous system so that you are not reacting and responding to life and making decisions from a place of survival. A dysregulated nervous system due to unhealed trauma can keep us trapped in loops of self-sabotage, anxiety and stress in a desperate attempt to protect ourselves from re-experiencing past pain in the future.

All forms of suffering are compounded by a lack of acceptance (of self or life experiences) or a lack of awareness of your own trauma and/or cognitive distortions.

When you become the conscious observer of your thoughts and emotions, without attaching to them or creating meaning about them, you will be able to discern between what is truth and what is fear. You will be able to consciously choose to lovingly accept what serves you and lovingly let go of what doesn't.

Creating safety in your nervous system through self compassion and presence, enables you to build tolerance for the discomfort of sitting with your fear, uncertainty and grief. You will no longer need to avoid, bypass, blame, shame and/or distract yourself because you will have developed the capacity to be with your difficult emotions and the discernment to separate yourself from intrusive thoughts.
